Believe it or not, women undergo physical, emotional, mental, and even spiritual transformation in childbirth and beyond. With that, my job is to help support this process by empowering, nurturing, and educating families along their own transformative journey.

WHAT ABOUT A POSTPARTUM DOULA?
A postpartum doula is a mental, emotional, and physical support person that prepares and equips you to have a good postpartum experience. The doula can help and assist the mother by nourishing her in ways that she feels most supported during this transitional time. Education and information can also be given to the whole family like newborn care, rest, & recovery. This particular doula can be an advocate in particular family dynamics, while also assisting with laundry, other children and feeding.
