Postpartum Doula role includes but not limited to:​

• Newborn care, support & education

• Help with navigating family dynamics

• Cleaning bottles, laundry, meal prep

• Feeding guidance & education

• An emotional & mental support system

• Physical support to mom like recovery, rest & self-care guidance

Details:

• Hourly rate is $35.00

• Locations for Support: Cary, Holly Springs, Garner, Fuquay Varina. Clayton, Benson, Lillington, Angier NC

• Scheduling is based upon your needs & my availability

• Schedule 1 day old up to 6 weeks of life

• 12 hour day-time postpartum package $420.00

• 24 hour day/night time postpartum package $840.00

• 48 hour day/night time postpartum package $1,680

"For those planning an elective cesarean birth, a repeat client, or who doesn't feel the need for additional birth prep."​​

• 1 birth planning virtual prenatal 1.5 hrs

• 24/7 on-call doula support

• Additional resources for birth prep

• In-person birth attendance "x" amount of hours (if c-section, before and after care support unless provider allows doula to be in OR)

• 1 virtual postpartum follow-up meeting

• Class time is 4 hours total including breaks
